ISO 30%: Efficient Bittering with Flowability and Flexibility

ISO 30%: Efficient Bittering with Flowability and Flexibility

For brewers looking bittering and increased utilisation, our ISO 30% offers an efficient and versatile solution.

What is ISO 30%?

ISO 30% is an aqueous solution of isomerised alpha acids, offering precise and efficient bittering for brewers. It can be used as a standalone bittering product or in conjunction with other hop extracts, depending on needs.

Importantly, it can really help utilisation rates and is also not viscous but fully flowable, making it easy to handle & use.

Why use ISO 30%?

  • High Utilisation: Because the alpha acids are already isomerised, ISO 30% provides immediate bitterness with very little loss. This makes it highly efficient compared to traditional hop forms – offering utilisation of 90-95%.
  • Easy to Use: Its flowable nature allows for quick and accurate dosing, reducing handling time and improving consistency.
  • Versatile Application: ISO 30% can be added post-fermentation or earlier in the process, either on its own or as part of a broader hop strategy. This all means it’s flexible enough to suit a wide range of beer styles.
